Chris is a second generation Builder/Developer and has 24 years of project management experience in residential and commercial construction from planning stages to completion of projects. He has built several hundred custom homes in and around San Antonio. He is experienced in purchasing, selling, re-zoning land tracts, sub-dividing, platting and master planning projects for new construction.

Rob has several years of successful experience with real estate in the San Antonio and Texas markets. He has been a successful business owner for many years and managed employees. He is also experienced in purchasing, selling, re-zoning land tracts, sub-dividing, platting and master planning projects for new construction.

Mary Lou Stein – Project & Purchasing Manager mstein@texasbuildinganddevelopments.com

Mary Lou has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years.  She has built several hundred custom homes in and around San Antonio. She oversees the sub-contractors and is involved in all aspects of operations from meeting with architects to assisting clients with any concerns.

Sayra Green – Advertising Manager

Sayra has six years of experience as a small business owner. She coordinates and organizes land and construction presentations for future developments along with advertising. She is also fluent in Spanish and assists in all areas of daily operations.
